First performance out of the way for the Dance Factory

Last night our studio had the opportunity to perform in the Cache Valley Celebration of the Arts! For the first performance of the year they did an outstanding job. I'm so proud of them! There isn't much I wouldn't do for my dancers. We are family and are there for each other no matter what.
Along with our studio my adorable little sister Maddi performed with her dance group "my bad crew" they specialize in freestyle hip-hop and beat boy dancing. She did so great! All of our dance girls went crazy when she took the stage. I'm so thankful for my job and the opportunities it gives me. I love my life at the Dance Factory!

Love story xoxo

In honor of Valentines day I wanted to share a little love story about President Monson and his Wife. What great examples they are of true love.
I love Valentines day! Especially since I've been married to Dallin, he's my eternal valentine and I
love him more than anything. February is the month of love and chocolate...share them both!

The Monsons, 2007
My sweet Frances had a terrible fall a few years ago. She went to the hospital. She lay in a coma for about 18 days. I sat by her side. She never moved a muscle. The children cried, the grandchildren cried, and I wept. Not a movement.

And then one day, she opened her eyes. I set a speed record in getting to her side. I gave her a kiss and a hug, and I said, “You’re back. I love you.” And she said, “I love you, too, Tom, but we’re in serious trouble.” I thought, What do you know about trouble, Frances? She said, “I forgot to mail in our fourth-quarter income tax payment.”

I said to her, “Frances, if you had said that before you extended a kiss to me and told me you love me, I might have left you here!”

Brethren, let’s treat our wives with dignity and with respect. They’re our eternal companions. Sisters, honor your husbands. They need to hear a good word. They need a friendly smile. They need a warm expression of true love…My dear brothers and sisters, I love you, and I pray for you.”

Guatemala for Christmas!

Dallin and I had the opportunity to spend Christmas in Guatemala with Ed and Lorie! What an experience it was. We saw so many wonderful things and of course got to spend some much needed time with President and Sister Watts. We are so relieved that they are more than halfway done with their Mission. What a sacrifice it is to be away from friends and family for 3 years. Although we miss them terribly the blessings that come from such a calling continue to roll into our lives and for that we couldn't be more grateful. Ed & Lorie thank you for everything! We love and pray for you everyday XOXO

We are still ALIVE!!!

Well I'm ashamed to admit that it has been over a year since I updated our Blog. I told myself there wasn't enough time during the week to keep up with it but that's nonsense... and now I'm determined to become a good blogger.
I can sum up the last year in one complete word, BLESSED. Dallin and I are happy, healthy people who still enjoy each other! We are still in Logan and loving it, life is good to us.
Dallin graduated in May... HALLELUJAH and is still working with Prestige Solutions and loves it. Dallin works with great, determined Men and together they're are seeing major success within the company. I'm not in school and still working for my amazing Mom at the good old Dance Factory. I was also recently certified as a Ballerobica instructor and teach class twice a week to amazing ladies in Tremonton. I have a few different jobs I do on the side as well so to say we are blessed is a complete understatement. We have a busy, crazy life but who doesn't? Keep up with us and I promise I will get better at this. XOXO
